Retail Pricing of the Marion Enterprise Center is set up as follows:
- Lot 9 - $130,000 per acre/ $2.98 sq. ft.
- Tier 1 (Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 & 15) - $80,000 per acre/ $1.837 sq. ft.
- Tier 2 (Lots 4, 5, 6 & 16) - $70,000 per acre/ $1.607 sq. ft.
- Tier 3 (Lots 3, 17 & 18) - $60,000 per acre/ $1.377 sq. ft.
Brokers bringing projects to the Marion Enterprise Center will be protected and paid a 4% fee.
