Mackenzie joins us in the newly developed Business Attraction and Workforce Development Manager role. In this role, Mackenzie will work to develop initiatives that advance local talent and enhance the skill sets of our area workforce, as well as serve as the face of MEDCO and Team Marion through networking, strategic partnerships, conferences, and community engagement opportunities.

Mackenzie brings a strong background in business development and sales, where she has built a reputation for creating meaningful relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping organizations achieve their goals. Her ability to connect people, solve problems collaboratively, and foster long-term partnerships makes her an excellent addition to the MEDCO team as we continue to support business growth and workforce success throughout the region.

Beyond her professional experience, Mackenzie is a true Marionite. During the nearly five years she has called Marion home, she has immersed herself in the community through leadership and volunteer service. She is an active member of Metro North Rotary, serves on the Waypoint Board of Directors, is an Ambassador for the Marion Chamber of Commerce, is a graduate of Marion Leadership in Action, and volunteers as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
