We will discover what has influenced them, understand what drives engagement, discover how to build bridges of understanding and partnership, all while building respect. May 25th | 8 AM – 12 PM: Onboarding for Long Term Impact
Presenter: Dr. Celina Peerman

Employee performance drives business results and yet we struggle to find effective ways to onboard employees and give them the support they need. Without the right training, performance drops, safe quality work is at risk, and the employee may give up. They might even choose to leave your company. This session will present a range of best practices to help onboard a new employee to the company, the team, and the work. We’ll examine key actions to empower the employee to take initiative and also keep themselves motivated. We’ll apply these findings to keeping employees long term so that our connections are stronger, relationships are better, and retention improves as does business results.
