Marion, IA – DMFA, LLC plans to break ground on a new 52,300 square foot distribution and warehouse facility in the Marion Enterprise Center. The groundbreaking will take place on Thursday, May 26th at 10am. The site is located at 999 Enterprise Drive in Marion (located North of Elplast America). The facility will provide flexible space for light industrial, distribution, and warehouse users.
DMFA, LLC is a partnership of local investors that develops and manages a portfolio of similar real estate projects across the Cedar Rapids metro area. Total capital investment is estimated to be $3.6M.
The Marion Enterprise Center (MEC) is a certified shovel ready office and industrial park located along U.S. Highway 151 at the eastern gateway to the Marion community. The project will join existing tenants in the MEC including Electric Specialty Manufacturing, Spee-Dee Delivery, Elplast America, and Legacy Manufacturing.
