Marion, IA – Twenty 40 Building Concepts, LLC plans to formally break ground on a new 40,000 square foot office and warehouse facility in the Marion Enterprise Center. The groundbreaking will take place on Tuesday, April 26th at 1pm. The site is located at 6407 Partners Avenue in Marion (immediately west of Electric Specialty Manufacturing). The facility will support the company’s continued residential development work in Marion and the surrounding region.
Twenty 40 Building Concepts, Inc. was founded by Chad Pelley, Cory Pelley, and Stefan Doerrfeld in 2019 as a multi-faceted development company that builds and manages a diverse project portfolio. The new building will accommodate the company’s corporate headquarters while providing additional space for complimentary tenants. Total capital investment is estimated to be $4.2M.
The Marion Enterprise Center (MEC) is a certified shovel ready office and industrial park located along U.S. Highway 151 at the eastern gateway to the Marion community. The company will join existing tenants in the MEC including Electric Specialty Manufacturing, Spee-Dee Delivery, Elplast America, and Legacy Manufacturing.
