Session 1: The Six Types of Working Genius
Thursday, April 14th – 8-12
The Working Genius is a cutting-edge tool that helps individuals identify the unique gifts they bring to work. This session brings a laser sharp focus to individual attributes and contributions within a team. When we identify our areas of “Working Genius,” it allows us to focus more on activities that give us energy and joy. It’s also important for us to understand areas of work that are life-draining, defined as “Working Frustrations.”
Training includes a four-hour large group session with individual breakouts for your team. Each participating company receives a 30-minute virtual follow up session with our facilitators. Price includes up to five facilitated Working Genius Assessments*.
The Working Genius equips you and your team to put natural talents to use at work.
* For this session only, participating companies may add additional team members at an individual rate of $400/person.
Session 2: The Five Dysfunctions of a Team
Thursday, June 23rd – 8-12
Empowered by Working Genius, BerganKDV will help key leadership get vulnerable, engage in conflict, truly commit, and focus on results. Based on the best-selling book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, participants will leverage a team assessment to propel leaders and managers towards more cohesive, effective, and credible teams.
Training includes a four-hour large group session with individual breakouts for your team. Each participating company receives a 30-minute virtual follow session with our facilitators. Includes all materials and assessments for up to five team members.
Session 3: The Advantage Playbook
Thursday, October 20th – 8-12
Our series rounds out by providing organizations a launching point into the new year. The Advantage organizational health assessment will provide four actionable steps for each team to achieve long-term, sustainable success. Written by best-selling author Patrick Lencioni, The Advantage serves as the foundation for organizational clarity for thousands of businesses around the world. The Advantage content provides your executive team with a groundbreaking, approachable methodology for achieving organizational health and strategic clarity. Organizational health is about making a company function effectively by building a cohesive leadership team, establishing real clarity among those leaders, communicating that clarity to everyone within the organization, and putting in place just enough structure to reinforce that clarity going forward.
Training includes a four-hour large group session with individual breakouts and facilitation for your team. Each participating company will receive a 60-minute pre-consultation to support team preparation. Price includes all materials and assessments for up to five executive team members.
