Since 2018, You Conferences have provided an opportunity for women led businesses to collaborate and learn from each other. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, solopreneur, or just curious about the idea of entrepreneurship, You Conferences provide information, tools, and community at your level. The annual conference has built a community of encouraging women who started and grew their business by promoting authenticity in an empowered atmosphere.
Kendra Aarhus is CEO of You Conferences. With a goal of elevating the conferences to the next level, her and a team of women launched the You Academy in 2021. The You Academy is a nine-month program that runs annually from April to November and includes an application and interview process.
The You Academy is women inspired and women focused. The program requires full commitment from the individual to both themselves and their business. The “beta version” that launched in 2021 included monthly programing topics on boundaries, core values, and cycle harnessing. Learn more by watching the video at the link below.
Along with the annual You Conferences and You Academy program there are quarterly lunch and learn opportunities for the community to attend as another way to stay connected. The eighth annual installment of the You Conferences titled “Imperfectly You” is Thursday, March 24th at the Kirkwood Hotel.
