Community Promise helps students in Marion to develop a pathway to pursuing careers here at home. We provide exposure, experience, and pursuit opportunities to learn more about those careers.

Here’s how you can learn more and help today!

Businesses:

• Tell us about the high demand jobs you will need filled in the next couple of years. We’ll use these to share with students about your company and how specific careers align with their interests. Complete that form here.
• Familiarize yourself with Venture Academics, an innovative project-based learning model that launched this week at Linn-Mar Community School District. 

Teachers:

• Invite us to speak to your class! We would be happy to visit your class to share with students about Community Promise and how they can learn more about next steps to a future career. Email Emily Russ to schedule a class visit or fill out the form on this page.

Students:

• There's not a beginning or end. It's your career. Your way.
