Last week, the Linn County Worksite Wellness Committee provided the following update related to the COVID-19 vaccine and its distribution in Linn County:

• We are still in Phase 1a of vaccine distribution. This includes:

1. Healthcare Personnel. Paid and unpaid people serving in heathcare settings who have the potential for direct or indirect exposure to patients or infectious materials and are unable to work remotely.
2. Long Term Care Facility Residents. Adults who reside in a residential care facility, nursing facility, skilled nursing facility, assisted living program, or elder group home.

• Vaccine is currently not available to the general public.
• If you represent an employer and would like to add your business to the COVID-19 vaccine registry, click on the image below. The form is compatible only in Chrome. Your business will be added to the registry and you will be contacted when the vaccine becomes available to your group.
