Engineering Technician
Description:
This is a technical position within the Engineering Department. Work involves technical engineering tasks associated with the planning, construction, and maintenance of public works. Duties may include performing inspections of public works projects and/or repairs; computer assisted design engineering drawings, and operating survey instruments.
Starting salary:
$47,416-$62,912

Training, certifications, or degree needed to qualify for the position:
Associates degree in engineering technology
Specific skills that your business recognizes as fundamental to employment (life skills):
Experience in CAD drafting, total station surveying, materials testing, and construction design or inspection desirable.
