Confluence is a growing landscape architecture, planning and urban design firm with 9 offices throughout the Midwest, with ~70 professional staff collaborating with private and public-sector clients, architects, engineers, and communities to create places full of life.

While our marketing functions are based in the Kansas City office, for the right candidate, this position could reside in any of our locations, including Des Moines, Kansas City, Denver, Cedar Rapids, Omaha, Sioux Falls, Minneapolis, Fargo, and Chicago.

We seek a bright and talented marketing/communications professional with solid professional writing skills and graphic design capabilities. While previous experience in the Architecture/Engineering field is preferred, we are open to considering someone with the right combination of skills, drive, personality, and creativity to become part of our dynamic team. There could be an opportunity for periodic travel between offices for coordination purposes.

This position will assist our marketing team in supporting the firm’s marketing efforts and related coordination activities throughout our network of offices. This includes coordinating with office leaders and collaborating with staff to create marketing materials, proposals, and programs that communicate firm qualifications and capabilities.

This position offers great opportunities for professional growth and development in a collaborative team environment. Strong communication skills and experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud and related software programs for tracking and scheduling purposes are a must. Experience with Cosential considered a plus.
