Network Infrastructure Technician
This position responds to the service and support needs of all internal and external clients and prospects. These support services will include the full scope of the clients technology needs. This position will include a mix of remote and onsite troubleshooting/repair, proactive maintenance, and potentially project work.
$40k - $65k

Training, certifications, or degree needed to qualify for the position:
Minimum of 2 years IT Support experience. Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field Experience administering network hardware such as firewalls, routing/switching, wireless equipment. Prior experience supporting remote clients preferred. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
