If you like doing precision work with your hands, are artistic, and are interested in health care, a career as a dental technician may be for you. Dental Laboratory Technology combines science and art. Since each dental patient's needs are different, the duties of a dental laboratory technician vary. Dental technicians seldom work directly with patients however; they are a critical member of the dental care team. They work closely with dentists' to create dental restorations that are both attractive and functional. We use the latest technology to manufacture a variety of dental appliances including crowns, bridges, partials, dentures and orthodontics appliances.
