Description:
Position Summary: BankIowa's Relationship Banker will be an integral part of the banking team at our new Marion, Iowa office. This role will be a single point of contact to engage and serve our customers, with the focus placed on gaining and retaining long-term profitable client relationships. The Relationship Banker will demonstrate strong sales skills to meet personal and team business development goals. This role is responsible for the management, retention, and expansion of the bank's loan and deposit portfolios, and will build on existing and new relationships through business development, referral and calling efforts to market BankIowa and cross sell BankIowa products and services.
Preferences:
- Lending Experience preferred
- Knowledge of SBA programs is a plus
Starting salary:
$45,000
