Financial Analyst
Description:
We are currently searching for a FP&A Analyst to join our team. This financial analyst will be responsible for the consolidation, analysis, and reporting portfolio financials within a Resilient Network and Autonomy SBU. This individual will work closely with leadership to understand the business and the associated financial forecast assumptions. They will be responsible for understanding and preparing and correcting journal entries when needed to support the monthly financial closing. They will provide support to executive leadership for the presentation of financial information. They will be responsible for reconciling, understanding, and confirming our financial data to support the monthly financial closing process and will utilize FACT, Hyperion, and SAP heavily for analysis and reporting.
Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze inputs for quarterly forecast for sales, profit and cash flow, and perform same effort for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Strategic Financial Plan (SFP)

Providing detailed analysis of variances and summary of changes to support presentations to executive leadership

Identify/quantify risks and opportunities to ensure that the team and management are informed of the financial status and impact.

Focal point for Overdue Delivery reporting

Consolidation and presentation of financial data

Networks with senior internal personnel in support of the portfolio. Represents organization as a prime contact on financial information.

Training, certifications, or degree needed to qualify for the position:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
