Description:
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting the Portfolio Managers and Loan Officers in the management of the Bank’s Specialty Finance Group loan portfolio including underwriting, internal servicing and monitoring, and reporting. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Assists Loan Officers or Portfolio Managers in the credit underwriting process by preparing financial statement spreads and other supporting documentation as necessary, including analysis of appropriate data per credit policy, bank procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Maintain credit files and exception tracking, including resolution for missing or expired financial information, borrowing base resolutions, account aging, and inventory listings; imaging financial statements and; preparing, reviewing, and distributing monthly tracking reports. • Manages a variety of routine administrative and reporting functions as assigned, including quarterly legal lending limit reports, policy exception tracking, and exposure monitoring reports. • Other duties as assigned.

$38,000

Training, certifications, or degree needed to qualify for the position:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field, or equivalent
experience.
