Implementation Specialist

Job type:Business, Management, and Administration

  • Orienting new clients through the new payroll account setup process
  • Implementation of client payroll data
  • Providing guidance and training on products
  • Managing client relationships and providing client service

Computer and communication classes

Training, certifications, or degree needed to qualify for the position:
Associate degree Payroll and/or human resources background is a plus Clerical and customer service experience Effective communication skills Ability to quickly learn new software programs
