HR Supervisor

Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources
    • Advise and coach managers on HR policies and programs
    • Implement and administer HR policies, programs and procedures in accordance to company goals
    • Conduct recruiting for direct hire job placements
    • Conduct recruitment process, new hire orientation and exit interviews
    • Complete paperwork related to hiring, terminations, status changes, benefit changes, complaints, etc.
    • Act as a liaison between employees and/or vendors to answer questions about benefits, company policy, payroll etc.
    • File and maintain confidential personnel and other HR records
    • Reporting/responding to workers compensation and unemployment claims
    • Schedule OSHA trainings and document on OSHA logs as needed
