Account Coordinator
Description:
The Account Coordinator helps to administer the ongoing service relationship of client requests in relation to their employee benefit plans, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, disability and worksite products. Additionally, the Account Coordinator will ensure the integrity of client data so that it is accurate and carried out in a timely manner, according to agency service standards.
Assist Account Manager by preparing baseline client materials by market segment, which may include renewal presentation content, benefit summaries, employee enrollment guides and election forms. • Work with Advisors to proactively receive timely enrollment checklists and review for completeness. • Assist Account Manager by submitting completed renewal and open enrollment information to carriers. • Assist Client Services team by verifying enrollment requests submitted to carriers are complete. • Maintain client database(s), includes careful and consistent data entry as it pertains to implementing and or updating client contact information, renewing coverage lines, changing effective dates, terminating coverage lines and ensuring all related paperwork is uploaded appropriately.

Training, certifications, or degree needed to qualify for the position:
• High school diploma (or equivalent), 2 year college degree in business related major OR 1-2
years of experience in industry.
• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow with versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to
work within consistently changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic team.
