Welcome to Cowork 1107, we're excited you're here! Cowork 1107 is developed by Marion Economic Development Corporation (MEDCO) to offer space for the Marion community to cowork, connect, and collaborate. Cowork 1107 offers a shared, community-driven workspace for location-independent workers and entrepreneurs.
Whether you need desk space for the day or private executive level accommodations to host a prospective client, this is the space for you! Cowork 1107 is located at 1107 7th Avenue, Suite 201 inside the beautiful Broad and Main on 7th in Uptown Marion. Overlooking City Square Park, Cowork 1107 is the living room of the business community and co-located with Marion Economic Development Corporation.
As a member, you will not just be a customer of Cowork 1107, you’ll be an active part of what Cowork 1107 is and does for you and for others.

Membership Options
Cowork 1107 provides three unique membership options to fit the way that you work.
| Drop-In Member | $20 per day | Access to all amenities. |
| Punch Card Member | $50 for 5 days | Access to all amenities. Punches may be used at your discretion, no expiration. |
| Community Member | $150 per month | Access to all amenities. Unlimited access during normal business hours. Ability to reserve small conference rooms at half price. |
| Corporate Community Member | $100 per month | Corporate membership available only to MEDCO Investors. Provides all employees of company a Community Membership. |

- Ability to reserve small conference rooms. Conference room pricing is as follows:
- Rathje Construction Conference Room (Seating for 6) - $100/day or $50/half day
- MidAmerican Conference Room (Seating for 2-3) - $50/day or $25/half day
Access Hours
Normal business hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Access to Cowork 1107 may be limited when FSB Training Room is in use. Smaller conference rooms will be made available to Cowork 1107 members for no additional cost during these times.
Larger Gatherings
Need additional space during the workday or looking for a place to celebrate with your team, friends, or family? Please contact Michelle Kline at 319-743-4724 to inquire about availability and pricing for the following options:
- Martin Gardner Executive Conference Room (Seating for 10) - Video conferencing equipped and 65” TV for screen mirroring. Rental includes access to CRBT Rooftop Patio. $40 per hour up to two hours, $100 for half day or $200 a day.
- Farmers State Bank Training Room (Seating for 30) - Equipped with dual 75” screens for presentations/screen mirroring. $80 per hour for up to two hours or $200 for half day or $400 for a whole day and $75 cleaning fee.
