Iowa Corporate Tax Rates to Decrease

For tax year 2023, the top Iowa corporate tax rate will be reduced from 9.8% to 8.4%. Following the close-out of the state’s fiscal year, the Governor’s office made the announcement in a press release at the end of September. The second highest bracket, which today stands at 9 percent, will also be reduced to 8.4 percent.
