Join CIRAS (Center for Industrial Research & Service at Iowa State University) and the Greater Des Moines Partnership on September 6, 2023 for our Supply Chain Technology Seminar. During this seminar they will present information on how current and developing technologies can be deployed to improve your company’s supply chain. The Keynote Speaker will be the Interim Chair of the Department of Supply Chain Management at Iowa State University, Dr. Haozhe Chen who will introduce the concept of the Digital Supply Chain. Additional topics we will cover include deploying RFID in your operation, cybersecurity in the supply chain, what may be some of the impacts of AI (artificial intelligence) on your supply chain; Industry 4.0 including supply chain and warehouse automation, and technology impacts on transportation. There will also be opportunities to network with peers and participate in a debate with our manufacturers panel and how technology is impacting supply chains.
