Time: 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm
Location:
Kirkwood Corporate Training Webinar

Mental health and wellness is just as real as our physical health. In fact, it can even impact our own physical wellbeing. As most people spend the majority of their waking hours at work, it’s important to cultivate positive mental health in the workplace.

In this FREE, 30-minute webinar, you will learn about:
- Risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns
- Brief strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations
- Who and where to turn to for help

Lisa Schaefer holds a Master’s Degree in Community and Schooling Counseling, and is a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor. For the past ten years, Lisa has been training corporations on the importance of awareness, empathy, and engagement of staff. As an educator, school counselor, and mental health advocate, Lisa has helped reduce the stigma and has instead turned the focus towards providing supportive systems in schools and in the workplace.

This webinar will be hosted using the Zoom platform.
