General Job Description: The help desk position is responsible for help desk support and answering routine questions from all departments. The positon will provide timely and effective resolution of help desk tickets. The position requires the ability to accurately document the issue and relate that to the appropriate person for resolution. Strong problem solving skills and good customer service skills are required.
Starting salary (may include a range): 45K - 55K
