General Job Description: The Arborist Technician's perform standard level duties in the field to include all aspects of arboriculture and general forestry work. This includes tree pruning, planting, transplanting, watering, fertilizing, tree removal, insect/disease identification, pesticide application and inventory with mobile devices. Staff operate a wide variety of heavy and power equipment in trimming and removing trees and shrubbery, including aerial bucket/lift trucks, wood chippers, dump trucks, loaders, tractors, skid steers, chainsaws, and stump grinders.
Starting salary: $44,807 - $46,042 annual salary
